I made this card for my hubby's birthday last year. My present were tickets for the open-air concert of TOTO at Burg Clam. The card gave him the clues for his present.
I am back online after quite a long absence. But Christmas time was quite busy, then everyone was sick, my grandfather died, we have been on a short vacation, etc. Furthermore, on my free nights I preferred making card rather then posting them. But meanwhile, I have so many new cards, I want to show them to you!
This is a clean and simple card for Valentine's day. I love to send a card to my best friends too, not just to give one to my sweet heart.
Today, I actually show you one of my Valentine's Day cards I made this year for my best friend, to say how glad I am to have her in my live. I simply used a lovely patterned paper, added a sentiment on pink transparency and finished it with pink ribbon and a pink button.
I love my Martha Stewart Monarch Butterfly punch and was looking for inspiration how to use it. I saw a similar card on Pinterest and I wanted to use my sewing machine again anyway.
The son of a dear friend celebrated his first birthday last week and I made him this card using a beach paper as it is extremly hot in the last two weeks in Austria.
This is my second cardwhere I used the trees from the Sizzix framelits and clear stamp set "mittens and snow globe" and colored them with my copics. I used an embossing folder with dots and added an embossing diffuser to place the rub-on sentiment clearly legible. I love it! Now I have to decide who gets it!
I saw a similar card on Pinterest by AcarrdianCards. As I have now a set of christmas punches I tried such a card myself. Furthermore, I used my postage stamp die cut for the colored background of each icon. The sentiment is a rub-on by Kaisercraft.
O Christmas Tree is sung at our home at Christmas since I can remember. I purchased some christmas punches this year which includes that small christmas tree punch. I saw that card on Pinterest by trendenser.se and tried it immediately. For the sentiment I used a rub-on by Kaisercraft.
I made my first christmas cards this week. For this card I used the trees from the Sizzix framelits and clear stamp set "mittens and snow globe" and colored them with my copics. I used an embossing folder with dots and added an embossing diffuser to place the rub-on sentiment clearly legible. I love this clean and simple card!
I bought a couple of rub-on sheets and one is full with sentiments for friends. For my best friends birthday I didn't make a birthday card this year and used the following sentiment in stead:
I wanted to create a CAS card highlighting the beautiful monarch butterfly punch from Martha Stewart.
I just used one of my embossing folders, added 2 brads and a rub-on on it, and that's it.
In my opinion it is a beautiful spring card.
I bought some new paper recently. One of my favourite is the one with the bees in the sky.
I used the corner punch for 3 of the edges and one with a tulip and put some red paper behind. In the center I put a red felt flower and on top a bee made of foam rubber I purchased a while ago.
For the first time, I used a rub-on sentiment. It is very easy and looks great!!!
