Simple embossed birthday wishes!

I saw a clean and simple card from Jacquie Southas on Pinterest I wanted to try myself as you can never have enough birthday cards at home:

Birthday wishes on wheels!

Finally, I had some time again to create some cards and to share them with you too.
I wanted to use my bicycle stamp for really some time now, and got inspired by a card from www.stampingpretty.com on Pinterest.

I used the heat embossing technique for the bicycle stamp. I like the simplicity of the card. I put white twine through the blue button.

Butterfly in the woods!

One of my clean and simple birthday card is this one, where I used my woodgrain embossing folder and punched out the Martha Stewart monarch butterfly and put a beautiful patterened paper behind it. At the bottom are some ladybeetles crawling.

First Mother and Daughter creations!

Yesterday evening I made Mother's Day cards for my two grandmothers, my mom and my mother-in-law.
My little daughters favorite activity at the moment is painting. So I thought I use parts of her very first drawings for the cards and leave the rest of the layout the same.

Here, you can see a picture will all four cards:

Aren't they beautiful? For the sentiment I used the heat embossing technique once more.
And here are the four cards one by one:

Grandma's Garden Scenery!

My beloved Grandma had her birthday recently and I made her the following card:

I built the fence myself with a suitable designer paper. The basket with tulips is a stamp I colored with my copic markers and added a rhinestone on the bow. The three pink flowers are made of wood and the flower stem is cut out with a die cut. The little rabbit on the lower right corner is a sticker as well as the flowers surrounding the sentiment. The butterfly is once again made with my monarch butterfly punch from Martha Stewart.

Only Washi Tape, no Designer Paper!

I needed a birthday card for a relative of mine who turned 50 last weekend. As I haven't use Washi Tapes for a while I made this card only with Washi Tapes and used no designer paper at all. I was inspired by a card from  "A Christy Production" I saw on Pinterest.

For the numerics I used the heat embossing technique and red powder. The buttons and the brad give the card the final touch.
