Lawn Fawn Wedding Card!

I can't hold back with my latest creation! After struggeling for a couple of days with the requirements for an ordered wedding card, I started and finished it yesterday evening.
How did it come to this card? A friend of mine told me that she is attending a wedding in two weeks and wanted a special wedding card. Her collegue and his wife to be just recently purchased a flat with garden. So the wedding gift is money for interior and garden supplies handed over with a special card. My friend didn't want an elegant white wedding card so I thought and thought how the "garden and house theme" fits with the wedding topic.
As I don't have many wedding/love dies and/or stamps I borrowed a couple of things from my best friend. I am glad that we share our supplies when needed!!!

So for the background I ended up with the Love Background stamp from CraftEmotions. Furthermore, I used the Lawn Fawn stitched hillside borders and the Picked Fence Creative Cut from Mama Elephant. The little tulips are made with a little punch from Eduscho I bought years ago and hardly use it anymore. The house, big flowers and the lantern are from the Lawn Fawn stamp set "Fairy Friends". I added two toadstools and a shamrock as lucky charms for the newlyweds using stamps from the efco "Viel Glueck" set. I finished up with lots of wink of stella on all objects.

I hope my friend and the newlyweds like it!

Wedding Frame for Christine & Joe!

Today I show you another canvas frame I created as wedding gift for my friend Christine and her husband Joe. I used the peg for the envelope with the money as contribution to their honeymoon to New York and Miami.

White on white wedding card!

This is the second wedding card I made after a card from Claudia. I made it similar but used the heat embossing technique for the writing behind the two hearts.

First wedding card order!

A collegue of mine at work asked me if I can make her a wedding card using white and green as she was invited to a wedding. So I looked at Pinterest and was inspired by a card from Claudia. I made a similar card but used the heat embossing technique for the writing behind the two hearts.

Let's go to Bora Bora!

On the Whitsunday weekend we were invited to a wedding in Ireland. A college friend of mine got married to a nice Irish fellow. As they are moving back to Austria soon the best present for them was money for their honeymoon to Bora Bora.
So I was looking for a nice packaging and found the perfect idea at herzglücksgeschenk.  The owner is Alex Rath who also runs the Stoffsalon
For me it was essential that the present was easy to carry by plane.

I used a square streched canvas and sprayed it white before I decorated it. The pictures are from the very same hotel the newlyweds are staying.

Unfortunately, my only picture of the frame is out of focus.

gift frame for honeymoon

Doris & James, I hope you had an unforgettable honeymoon at Bora Bora.

I loved to make this frame and I am already thinking of making a second one. For whom? That can't be told at this stage. ;-)

Wedding card!

A friend of mine, which I met through work is getting married. As the wedding will take place in Beirut/Lebanon I can't attend it, altough I got an invitation.

The least I can do is to send my greetings to the newlyweds.

I got inspired by the website of Weddbook

I could use one of my embossing folders. This stamp was the only suitable I had. Nevertheless, I think it fits.
