Bring on the Crows!

At my last shopping trip to a Scrapbooking Store I received a Halloween stamp as "thank you" for my large purchase. ;-) I could choose between two stamps and I chose one with scarecrow and created my first Halloween Card for this season:

Lots of Bannerets!

I got a new stamp set from Stampin'up called "Im Fähnchenfieber" and made a birthday card series of four with it on one evening.
Today, I want to share with you the first card of my series:

I used two red washi tapes on top and bottom and highlighted two bannerets each with a rhinestone.
I really like the color combo of this card!

Birthday wishes in green and red!

I am totally into heat embossing at the moment. I tried out this new "herbal" stamp with green embossing powder. I bought a birthday die cut from Elizabeth Craft Design recently. The writing is colored with red embossing powder and the green butterfly matches perfectly with the stamp!

Winter fun!

We haven't seen any snow in our region so far this winter. So I thought it is time to create the winter myself. I used my brand new "Hot of the Press" stamp set "Penguins" and my new embossing folder "checkered".

As my sewing machine was just in use, I sewed a little bit of ribbon on the left bottom edge.
Looks like they are freezing! ;-)

My grandcousin in Australia welcomed a son a few days before Christmas. Of course, I had to make a baby card for him too.

First, I bought a very nice christmas paper and then I didn't know how to use it.

This is another creation where I used my Elizabeth Crafts Design snowflake die cut and their Silk Microfine Glitter.

Washi Tape Christmas Tree

For this card I got inspired by "Two Peas in a bucket" which I saw on Pinterest.
I liked the idea that the chain of lights was indicated by stitches. For the ornaments I used red brads. The candles, angel and presents are other stamps from the bunch I bought at Depot.

In the end this card is a little bit overloaded.

Snowflakes, snowflakes, snowflakes!

I bought a bunch of mini stamps from Depot. It includes a nice stamp of a snowflake which I used to create the following card. I added a few rhinestones to it. Unfortunately, you can hardly see them on the picture. The blue ribbon I used matches perfectly with the blue ink!

Pumpkin Party!

My third Halloween Card is a bunch of pumkins under a tree.
I used the tree stamp from the Stampin'up set "In Gedanken bei dir" and brown ink. For the meadow I just cut a green strap of paper to create blades of grass.

His Daily Bike Ride!

My grandfather is 85 years old and uses his bike daily to cycle to my parents home. In winter he comes to kindle the tile stove in the morning and in summer he is busy in the garden.
We admire him as he is still so fit. Even the worst weather doesn't prevent him from using his bike instead of the car. It is at least a 10 km ride.
Therefore, he got the following card for father's day:

Wedding card!

A friend of mine, which I met through work is getting married. As the wedding will take place in Beirut/Lebanon I can't attend it, altough I got an invitation.

The least I can do is to send my greetings to the newlyweds.

I got inspired by the website of Weddbook. 

I could use one of my embossing folders. This stamp was the only suitable I had. Nevertheless, I think it fits.
