First Graduation Card!

My god son celebrated his graduation from High School in July, and I made my first graduation card, using the Family Owl from Marianne Design Collectables Cutting Dies for the first time. I love that owl!!!
The garland and the sentiments are from the Marianne Design set "Let's Party". The colors from the garlands are so bright because I used the heat embossing technique.

Floral Embellishments!

I bought a new set of paper flowers and wanted to use them right away. I was inspired by a card from Jenfa Cards. I didn't use a sentiment as I didn't want to ruin it. I like the twirl of the stem as they fit perfectly to the embossing folder.

Lots of Ribbon!

I don't use ribbon that much, so when I saw the card from Cristina Kowalczyk I knew what to do with my different kind of ribbons. As I have so much ribbon in all kind of blue tones I made a male card and surprised my grandfather with it to his 87th birthday.
