In Autumn we will get a cat. It is a huge topic for our kids. We have lots of discussions about the breed, sex, etc. Which one will it be? Therefore, I post another of my purr-fect friends cards tonight:
I never had a cat or dog before but when we move in our new house we will get a cat eventually, as my husband and kids demand one. So I am a cat person I guess:
As there is Mother's Day tomorrow in Austria, I show you another Mother's Day card similar to the one I showed you a couple of days ago. This is the card for my second grandmother:
I created this background with a floral stencil and texture paste I colored in pink. The cute bird in the cage is from the "purr-fect friends" stamp set by My Favorite Things:
I put one of the cute unicorns from Dani Peuss in front of a beautiful patterned paper I got from South Africa. As I participate in the current Dani Peuss challenge, the sentiment is from her too, which means "congratulations!":
I haven't used the Essential Sentiments Rip Strips Die-namics by My Favorite Things much but for this unicorn friendship card I hid an important message behind it.
I put the cute cat with the fish in his bowl in front of a stencilled background. The German sentiment says: I am here for you when you need me (and also wenn you not need me).
I coloured only a small part of the floral fantasy background by My Favorite Things and put a golden frame around it. The Thanks die cut is by Mama Elephant.
