I tried a new technique: coloring my embossing folders first and then put the white paper in it to run it through the big shot. I used 3d Pearl Paint from Action. As you can't use them to create "nuvo drops" because they are bad quality I was looking for another way to use it.
For the background stamp I used silver heat embossing powder, which you can hardly recognise on my picture. The sentiment is from Stampin'Up "In Gedanken bei dir (Hopeful Thoughts).
This is my first card I was using my Happy Hippo stamp set by My Favorite Things. "Balloons in the Sky" is the name of the background from Create a Smile stamps.
I bought the farm-tastic stamp set by My Favorite Things for my little son as he loves tractors more than anything else. This is one of my first three cards I created with this cute stamp set:
I have to improve the watercolor background and the spritz technique.
I enter this card in the following challenges:
When using the huge HUGS die cuts from My Favorite Things you don't need much else. Therefore, I created an ombre background for this clean and simple card.
Today, I am posting a card for Birka's Birthday Blog Hop on Happy Crafty Friends. It is incredible what her crafty friends organised for their dear friend.
I made this card with the brayered background technique I learned from Yana Smakula. The sentiment is from "All About You" by My Favorite Things.
This is the second card today where I used the "floral fantasy background" stamp by My Favorite Things behind the Rectangle Peek A Boo Window Die-Namics and their cute owl. The sentiment says "today is your birthday" by Create a Smile Stamps.
I borrowed the stamp set "Once upon a time" from My Favorite Things from my best friend in order to create this magical birthday card for a little girl's birthday:
This is one of the brightest cards I ever made! I love it! I love the Doodle Blooms stamp set and the "About You" stamp set, both by My Favorite Things. You can write so many different sentiments with it!
Today, I show you a thank you card where I did some coloring with my Tombow Dual Brush Pens. I used the Bundles of Blossoms background stamp by My Favorite Things. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant.
Tonight, I want to show you another card I created with using the brayered background technique I learned from a video by Yana Smakula. The sentiment is by Create A Smile Stamps and says "happy to call you my friend".
Although summer is over in Austria, I made this happy card a few days ago. I think I have to wait until next year to send this card to someone special:
I want to show you my first card using the cute "Mermazing" stamp set by My Favorite Things.
For the background I used the stitched windy backdrop by Lawn Fawn.
There were a couple of babies born in my friends circle and I needed a couple of baby cards lately.
For this card I used the adorable elephant by My Favorite Things and stuck them on a dotted tag by Lil'Inker Designs. For the sentiment I used the aqua glitzer embossing powder by Sternenstaub saying "congratulations".
I stamped two different thank you stamps from Create a Smile Stamps on the Lil'inker designs Silly Stitched Square Die and added a cute owl from "I'm owl yours" by My Favorite Things to it. I used an embossing folder of Sizzix for the textured background.
